Return Policy
We will honor all pet food manufacturer policies, warranties, and guaranties with an account credit. No cash refunds. No credits or refunds on delivered products where damage was incurred by water, fire, theft or animals. We cannot accept returns on supplements, sorry. There will not be a fee assessed for returns that fall within the manufacturers guarantees.
If you ordered the wrong item and need to exchange it, there will a 10% redelivery fee (assessed on the original item being returned).
Please provide a secure location in which to make your delivery. If you have a return, please call us at 512-778-9081 to arrange pick-up and credit of your account.
