To be sure you never run out of food sign up with our Keep it Coming program. What does "Keep it Coming" mean?Our Keep it Coming program is designed so that you never run out of pet food again. You can decide how often to have your food delivered to your home. You will also have the ability to change the frequency as needed through your account page. If you have any problem with making a change on your account, please call and we can make that change for you. Where do you get your products from?We order our pet products from the same companies as your local specialty pet store. The difference is that we order only the products our customers need, this way our product is always fresh, never left sitting on the shelf. Do you deliver to businesses or apartments?Yes. What if the wrong product is delivered?As soon as you realize that we may have delivered the wrong product, simply call us (512-778-9081) or email us with the product name that you received and the product name that you ordered. We will do our best to get the right product to you the next day if you are in need, otherwise we will replce the item the following week on our scheduled deliveries. Return PolicyAt FDPS, we want our customer to be completely happy with their pet products they have purchased. FDPS will pick up defective products and refund your payment. If product is not defective there will be a $10 pick up fee. How do I pay for my order?We accept Visa and Mastercard. Our drivers are not set up to collect payment at this time and do not carry cash with them. Undeliverable GoodsPlease provide all necessary information to make your delivery possible. If you live in a gated community, please let attendants know that we will be coming. If you have a gate code, we will need the code to make the delivery. If we have any problem delivering the items to you and cannot get in touch with you, you will be charged a $10 undeliverable charge.
